• The Nest is a student leadership group made up of highly motivated individuals who are selected through an interview process conducted by the sponsor and current leaders to ensure the best fit for the team. The group includes a variety of leadership roles such as student section yellers, sign painters, social media coordinators, and public relations representatives for sponsorships.
• Members of The Nest play a key role in promoting school spirit and morale. Their responsibilities include choosing football game themes, organizing spirit items, managing student section activities, and supporting communication efforts within the student body. Members are also encouraged to attend as many extracurricular events as possible to help foster a positive and spirited school environment.
• 2 required meetings 1 hour each - 1st meeting: Thursday evening before the first home football game at Junge Stadium. 2nd meeting: Evening before the first home basketball game at Kaminsky Gym. 
• Club members will attend at least 4 Joplin home games per season
• Club member will pay $10.00 for membership and will be able to enter any home game for a discounted rate of $1.00 per game.  Students will use a membership card to get discounted entrance to home games.  
• Students will receive a t-shirt, car decal, and mini-megaphone upon signing up for The Nest.
