Joplin Chamber of Commerce and JHS Principals/Counselors – Co-Sponsors
- Meets 8:30 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. once a month from November through March; locations vary
- Seniors with demonstrated leadership potential submit an application, followed by an interview
- Through touring local hospitals, businesses and industries, government and law institutions selected students become better leaders in the community. Students also attend seminars. The Chamber feels this program prepares student leaders for leadership roles in the community’s future.
